Just after 3:00pm, Saturday, emergency personnel were called to Koch's Turkey Farm, located at 50 Zehners Crossing Road, Walker Township, near Tamaqua for a working structure fire.
It's unclear what is on fire at this time, but black smoke could be seen for miles, even as far as Hometown.
Multiple explosions have been reported as crews arrived. PPL was needed for an emergency disconnect. Power may be affected in the area.
Fire crews and a tanker task force have responded from Schuylkill and Carbon Counties.
