Just after 9:00pm, emergency personnel were dispatched to the Gold Star Highway near Shenandoah for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment.
When crews arrived they found a vehicle on it's side and the victim who extricated themselves from the vehicle.
The Gold Star Highway is currently closed from the Redners Markets Intersection to Shenandoah while the crash is cleared.
UPDATE: The highway has since reopened.
