Brittany Gettle, 25, of Tremont. Gettle was charged with criminal use of a communication facility, of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance. $5,000 bail. Gettle was arraigned in front of Judge Rossi in Tremont and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison.
In a second criminal complaint filed against Gettle she was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance. $5,000 bail. Gettle was arraigned in front of Judge Rossi in Tremont.
Kory Aungst, 37, of Pine Grove. Aungst was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance. $10,000 bail. Aungst was arraigned in front of Judge Rossi in Tremont. Remanded to Schuylkill County Prison.
Jamie Mangum, 25, of Lykens. Mangum was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance. Mangum was arraigned by judge Ferrier. $10,000 bail. Remanded to Schuylkill County Prison.
Currently incarcerated and will be arraigned at a later date are:
J. Michael Cole, JR. 39, of Lebanon. Cole was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Donathan Bixler, 22, of Tower City. Bixler was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Delivery of a Controlled Substance, possession of a controlled substance.
Joshua Kimmel, 34, of Reading. Kimmel was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The drug investigation is still ongoing.
