On Friday, February 9th, 2018, Mahanoy City Police headed by Patrolman Thomas Rentschler, conducted a search for fugitives hiding within the borough limits.
Police say Michael Kane, 49 was located and taken into custody in the 600 Block of East Centre Street on a Schuylkill County Bench Warrant.
Cynthia Viquez, 30 was located and taken into custody in the Unit Block of South A Street on a Schuylkill County Bench Warrant.
Both individuals were transported and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison.
