Around 9:00pm, Wednesday, a theft suspect was fatally shot by State Police at a Lehigh County Wal-Mart in Lower Macungie Township.
According to LehighValleyLive.com, the suspect fired first at police first and a State Trooper returned fire killing the suspect.

What ties this story back to Schuylkill County is police say the suspect and their vehicle matches the description of a theft suspect that pulled a gun on an employee at the Saint Clair Wal-Mart on March 15, 2018.
Police have yet to positively identify if the suspect is the same from both incidents.
