In the crash, for unknown reasons, the vehicle left the roadway and hit an embankment rolling several times and landing back on it's wheels.
Matt Fannock, 21, of Andreas died from his injuries in the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene at 7:10am by Deputy Coroner David Truskowsky.
Fannock was a front seat passenger in the vehicle and was reported to not be wearing a seat belt.
The driver and another passenger were also injured in the crash.
The Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating the crash.
