According to police, Charles Martino of Oneida was arrested Friday evening and committed to Schuylkill County Prison.
Martino is charged with felony fleeing and eluding a police officer, 2 counts possession of controled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, and numerous summary violations.
Wilson Bachert of Ringtown will also be arrested on fleeing and eluding, obstruction of justice, and tampering with physical evidence charges.
