According to York Police, Luis Inoa, 27 of Shenandoah, was shot and killed around 12:45 am at the intersection of South Duke and East South Streets in the city of York, York County Sunday morning.
Inoa was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators have released little information due to the ongoing investigation but they did report that Inoa knew those who attacked him and police have several suspects.
