According to the Mahanoy City Police, officers apprehended a fugitive in the 800 block of E. Centre St. around 8:45pm Monday evening.
Police say Nicole Kressler, 34, of Mahanoy City, was taken into custody on a probation violation from Schuylkill County Court.
Kressler was originally charged on a drug violation. She also has several outstanding warrants from Magisterial District Judge Kilker’s office and a warrant from Bucks County court of common pleas.
Kressler was committed to the Schuylkill County Prison.
The Mahanoy Township Police Department also provided assistance in this fugitive apprehension.
