Betty was born in Schuylkill Haven, March 24, 1922, a daughter of the late Warren A. and Laura A. Freeman Kramer.
She was a Schuylkill Haven High School graduate, Class of 1940. She was a lover of dogs.
She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Schuylkill Haven, and was formerly employed at the Fox Theater, Cressona Mall, as a theater manager. She was also employed by Meck's Knitting Mill, taxi driver for Haven Cab Co., projectionist for Rio Theatre and Cinema 61, clerk at Messner and Hess 5 and 10 Store and clerk at CVS Pharmacy.
Betty was a social member of the Rainbow Hose Company.
She is survived by cousins.
Services and interment will be held privately.

Clara E. (Kamp) Berkheiser, 73, of Pottsville, passed away Sunday morning at her residence.
Born February 6, 1945, in Pottsville, she was the daughter of the late Franklin E. and Esther M. (Koch) Kamp.
She was a graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School and a member of Bethany Christian Fellowship E.C., Cressona. She worked for Lowes as a cashier for several years.
Clara enjoyed reading romance novels and books about Amish customs. She was really intrigued by their customs.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Irvin Kamp.
Clara is survived by her husband of 51 years, Herman E. Berkheiser; daughters, Barbara Schware wife of Joel, Pamela Berkheiser, and Christine Kramer wife of Oral. She is also survived by her two grandsons, Eric and Tim Schware.
Funeral Services will be held 11AM Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home, 515 W. Market St., Pottsville with Pastor Chris Rothharpt officiating. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects Wednesday morning from 9AM until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will take place in Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Pottsville Area Soap Box Derby, 527 Hotel St., Pottsville, PA 17901

Anna Mae Beck, 81, of Tremont, formerly of Lebanon, passed away Monday, May 21st.
Born in Lebanon, May 1, 1937, a daughter of the late Harold and Ethel Rebecca Mathews Carroll.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edwin Beck.
Surviving are a daughter, Nancy Ann Shutter.
Services will be private. Dimon Funeral Home & Cremation Services has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Carol Augusta Fetterman, 74, of Ringtown, passed away Monday, May 21, 2018.
Carol was born in Shenanodah on April 8, 1944, a daughter of the late Caroline (Dettery) and William Houser.
She was a graduate of the former Ringtown High School,and was a member of St. Mary's Church in Ringtown.
Carol worked as a waitress in the local bar and restaurant industry for over 50 years, most recently at the Lyric in Shenandoah. She also waitressed catering events for the former DeTurks Restaurant in Shenandoah.
A member of the Ringtown Valley Fire Company, the Shenandoah Fish and Game Club, Carol also enjoyed her trips to the local casinos, as well as camping at the shore, especially with her grandchildren.
She was the wife and longtime caregiver for her husband, Thomas Fetterman of Ringtown.
She was preceded in death by a son Greg, and a stepson, Nathan Fetterman.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by 3 daughters,Patricia, wife of Bob "Hippy" Savitsky, of Ringtown; Melissa Powell, and her companion Lewis Lobosky, of Landsford; and Lisa Filozof, of Ringtown. A Step Son David, and his wife Michelle Fetterman, of Newton; Step Daughter, Maria "Mimi" Thorne, of Shippensburg also survive as does her brother William "Butch" Houser, of Ringtown and sister Cathy, wife of John Schleicher, of Schuylkill Haven.
Carol is survived by 13 Grandchildren; Greg Halupa, Brad Daley, Nicole Fertig, Megan Daley, Edward Daley, Samantha Savitsky, Zachary Filozof, Alison Filozof, Greg Fetterman, David Fetterman, Tabitha Fetterman, Abigail Gaydosh and Wyatt Thorne, along with 8 Great grandchildren,nieces and nephews and 2 god children, Stephanie Koch and Nikki Todd.
A Scripture Service will be held at 9:45 AM on Friday, May 25th at Stauffer-Breznik Funeral Home, 412 West Main Street, Ringtown, with Father Brian Miller officiating.
A viewing will be held 6 PM to 9 PM on Thursday evening, and again on Friday morning from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the funeral home. Carol will be laid to rest in St. Mary's Cemetery following the services.

Eleanore Zalis, 88, of Mahanoy City, PA, passed away Tuesday, May 22nd, at Shenandoah Senior Living Community.
Eleanore was born in Mahanoy City, PA on January 14, 1930, a daughter of the late Anna (Uritis) and Joseph Zalis.
She graduated from Mahanoy City High School class of 1947.
Eleanore was a member of Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish Mahanoy City, PA 17948.
She worked for and retired from City Shirt, Mahanoy City.
She is also survived by survived by 2 nieces, Monica Quitinsky and her husband John of Allentown, and Ann Marie Chonko, Mahanoy City.
She is preceded in death by brothers Leonard, Joseph, Bernard and sister Anna Chonko.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
