Savage 61 is the proud sponsor of the Road Runner division and this week the 20-lap Road Runner Feature event will pay $661 to win. As an added bonus for the Road Runners they will compete in cash dash during the night. There will also be a meet and greet with the Road Runners prior to their feature event for the fans to come out and meet the drivers. Multi-time winner Mike Reichert leads the way in the points battle with Kris Ney in second place.
The mighty Mattera’s General and Electrical Contracting 358 Modifieds will also be back in action this Friday night after a week off. Craig Von Dohren is the current point leader in the division with Ryan Godown right on his heels. Von Dohren also leads the way with two wins out of three point paying feature events in the Modifieds.
The U.S.S. Achey Sportsman division will continue their very competitive season on Friday with youngster Alex Yankowski looking to extend his lead in the very close points battle. Yankowski also leads the way with two wins but has a bunch of savvy veterans behind him just looking for the young driver to crack under their pressure. Leading the veteran presence is the wily Craig Whitmoyer who sits just a few markers behind Yankowski in the quest for the track title.
The ever exciting No Sweat Service Group Street Stocks will take to the track in their 20-lap main event. This division never fails to put on a great show for the fans as they battle door to door all looking for the checkered flag. Chris Heller is the current points leader in the Street Stock division.
An Enduro race will close out the night’s action.
General admission on Friday night is $16, Seniors $14, kids 10-11 are $10 and kids under 10 are admitted free. As always active Military personnel are free with ID.
Gates open at 5:30 with warmups hitting the track at 7:30.
