Man Facing Theft and Criminal Mischief Charges After Rush Township Dominoes Incident
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, May 18th, 2018 around 9:30pm, Rory Hamilton, 37, of Tuscarora entered the Dominoes Pizza on Claremont Ave., in Rush Township.
Police say Hamilton entered a bathroom and damaged two picture frames on the wall while removing pictures from the frames.
Hamilton then used a roll of paper towels, roll of toilet papers, and trash can to carry the items out the front of the restaurant. Hamilton then got into a dark colored Hyundai and fled south on Route 309.
Police were able to identify Hamilton through video surveillance of the incident.
Police have filed charges of theft and Criminal mischief against Hamilton.
