According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the incident occurred around 5:20pm when a Toyota Rav 4 driven by Yorkia Cruz, 19, of Shenandoah struck a parked car on West Lloyd Street in the borough.
After striking the vehicle, Cruz continued West and fled the scene striking more parked cars several blocks away.
Cruz will be cited for the incidents.
