According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, the crash occurred around 2:00am on Route 443 in Washington Township.
Police say Derek Soper, 23, of Pine Grove skidded off the road and struck a wall.
Soper was taken to an area hospital where he later died.
Soper was reported to be wearing a helmet. The crash is still under investigation.
