According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on July 26, 2018, around 8:20pm, Eric Matrishion, 38, of McAdoo was operating a Suzuki ATV on Main Street in North Union Township when police initiated a traffic stop.
Police say Matrishion then fled the scene.
State Police filed charges including fleeing and eluding police, driving under a suspension, and other ATV violations.
