According to Mahanoy City Police, around 7:15am Thursday morning, officers took Darian Brennan, 24 into custody in the 300 Block of West Market St. in the borough.
Brennan had an active bench warrant from Luzerne County for failure to appear on drug charges.
Brennan was committed to Schuylkill County Prison.
