A Shenandoah man is facing charges for fleeing police while operating an ATV earlier this week.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, around 12:30am, on Monday August 20th, 2018, Karl Csak, 48, of Shenandoah was operating an ATV on a highway in the 1100 Block of Barnesville Drive in Ryan Township.
A traffic stop was initiated but Csak failed to stop when the Trooper used his emergency lights and siren.
Csak eventually brought the ATV to a stop.
A criminal complaint was filed with Magisterial District Judge Kilker's office charging Csak with fleeing and eluding, driving under a suspension-DUI related, and other ATV violations.
