Around 10:30am, Friday, emergency personnel were called to the intersection of Pottsville Street and Sillyman Street in Cressona involving an overturned garbage truck from County Waste and a flatbed truck.
The garbage truck is blocking traffic and a hazmat crew has been called to the scene.
