According to State Police, the crash occurred on Route 42 just north of Aristes in Conyngham Township around 9:00am Wednesday.
Police say John Dito, 47, of Shenandoah was driving a pickup truck on a curve when he lost control of his vehicle causing the truck to flip. Dito was thrown from the vehicle. A passenger in the truck, Kerri Ann Cooper, 47, of Shenandoah was also in the crash.
Dito and Cooper was both pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash is still under investigation.
