Two people were injured in a one vehicle crash in Butler Township Sunday morning.
Around 11:00am, Sunday, emergency personnel were dispatched to the bottom of the two-miler near Frackville on the Fountain Springs side for a motor vehicle accident with injuries.
When crews arrived, they updated the location of the crash to closer to the top of the hill.
According to police, the vehicle was traveling down the Fountain Springs side of the hill when it went off the right side of the highway, struck a tree on the driver's side, and went down a small embankment.
The driver and passenger in the vehicle were both transported to the hospital with injuries.
Englewood Fire, Butler Township Police, and Shenandoah Ambulance responded to the scene.
