At 1:22pm, emergency personnel were dispatched to 884 Fountain Street, Butler Township near Fountain Springs for a house.
Police were the first on scene and reported smoke coming from the home.
Butler Township units as well as Ashland units having been called to the scene.
UPDATE: The fire was reported out at 2:19pm.
UPDATE: Route 61 is closed in the area. North Schuylkill official tell us that buses will be able to get out, they just may be delayed.
