The Rush Township Police Department has filed a juvenile petition with Schuylkill County Juvenile Court, charging a 17 year-old male juvenile with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
The charges stem from an investigation that occurred at the Marian Catholic High School on the afternoon of September 14, 2018, where the controlled substance was located.
