Phyllis (Felicia) Witkowski, age 82, formerly of Schuylkill Haven passed away at the American House Senior Living Center, Estero, Florida, September 5, 2018 of a broken heart and now is reunited with the love of her life, her husband, Leonard Witkowski.
Their devoted love and commitment to each is now forever eternal.
Born in Shenandoah, Pa. on June 26, 1936 she was the daughter of George and Helen Kowaliski Osinski. Phyllis was an x-ray technician until she married, then became a dedicated homemaker, seamstress, baker, and occasionally worked part-time outside of the home.
Phyllis touched many lives with her loving heart and beautiful smile, and was an earthly angel to many. She was fondly known as “Ciocia” to everyone and was deeply loved near and far. As devout Catholic, Phyllis was committed to her savior and lived a saintly life.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Leonard Witkowski in 2016, and her brother George Osinski in 2013.
Surviving are her sister, Regina Osinski Weist of Fort Myers, Florida: two nieces Abbie, wife of Morgan Bowden, Fort Myers, Fla., and Regina, wife of Greg Nagle, Benicia, Ca., a great-niece, Kalin Nagle and a great-nephew, Jamison Nagle; and several loving and dedicated cousins.
Phyllis was a former member of St. Casmir's Church, Shenandoah and of St. Ambrose Church, Schuylkill Haven, Pa until she moved to Florida in 2016.
Friends and family are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial, St. Casmir’s Church, 229 N. Jardin St., Shenandoah, Pa. on November 9th at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow in St. Casmir’s Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights, Pa.

George Andrew Budihas, 44, of Delano, PA, passed away Tuesday, September 11th, at his residence.
George was born in Philadelphia, PA on April 17, 1974, a son of the late Joan (Wyatt) and George Budihas.
He graduated from Tamaqua High School Class of 1992, and was a Maintenance Technician at Reynolds Hometown.
George was passionate about hunting, football, and baseball. He loved his Redskins and Yankees!
George is survived by his fiancée Jolene Miller, and by two sons George and Jack, of Delano. George is also survived by two sisters, Prudence, Companion Larry Rossi, of Conyngham; Jeweleigh, wife of Johnny Pacitti, of N.J.; a brother, Dereck, husband of Heather DeLong, of Sellersville. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.

Alice Kay Gonder Freeman, 76, a resident of Davidsonville, MD for forty-three years died on Saturday, September 1 at her home. Born on May 15, 1942, in Pennsylvania to the late Leonard and Mary Gonder, Alice was an administrative assistant to the director at the National Library Service, division for blind and physically handicapped, for 47 years. She was a member of Zion EC Church in Pitman, PA and in her spare time enjoyed flower gardening, doing the Washington Post crossword puzzles, neighborhood Bible study groups, loved all animals, especially her corgi dog, Nikki. Alice is survived by her husband, Chester Charles Freeman, whom she married on November 27, 1965, and her daughter, Mary Ann Freeman of Millersville, MD. She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Charles Gonder.
Two services are as follows:
A funeral service will be held at Zion E.C. Church, 247 Zion Church Rd., Pitman, PA on Saturday, September 15, from 10 am until her funeral service begins at 12 pm. Interment immediately following the service in the church cemetery.
A memorial service will be held at Davidsonville United Methodist Church, 819 Central Ave, Davidsonville, MD on Saturday, October 13 at 2 pm.

Lucy P. Ciotti, 75, of Minersville, passed away on Tuesday at Milton Hershey Medical Center.
Born in Minersville, Lucy was a daughter of the late Constantino and Lena Sanza Pizzico. She was a 1961 graduate of Minersville Area High School. Her first job, during high school, was with the former Vessotskie Shoe Store, where she worked intermittently through her adult life. After high school, she took employment with the U.S. Library of Congress. She also worked at M&Q Packaging. She was last employed in the office of the Borough of Minersville.
She was a member of the former St. Barbara Church, Minersville, and was a current member of St. Michael the Archangel Church, Minersville.
Lucy had tremendous faith and was a strong believer in the power of our God. She relied on her faith in times of joy and sorrow. She was grateful for each day and every blessing, especially her "Angels". Lucy was an avid reader, and enjoyed the Minersville Public Library. She championed and cherished each of her kids' and grandkids' athletic and academic achievements. Lucy loved to laugh, play board games, and was part of a women's card club for decades. She enjoyed her family's trivial pursuit nights and treasured her family's time together at the holidays. Lucy loved to dance and sing and gave freely of herself to anyone she encountered in her life.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Nicholas Pizzico.
Lucy is survived by her husband of 52 years, Harley Paul Ciotti; four children, Steven Paul Ciotti, Aurora, Colorado, James Ciotti (spouse, Amy), Canonsburg, Lisa Bilansky (spouse, Brian), West West Terrace, and Cindi Schaffter (spouse, Brian), Chesapeake, Virginia; nine grandchildren, Daniel and Elisabeth Ciotti, Julia, Noah and Joshua Ciotti, Anthony Ciotti (spouse, Chelsea), Michael Bilansky, Rylan and Lainey Schaffter; three great-grandchildren, Jeremiah, Brennen and Lula Mae Ciotti. She is also survived by six siblings, Yolanda Demcher, Minersville, Ernest Pizzico, Minersville, Mary Ann Romansky, El Centro, California, Constantino Pizzico, Minersville, her twin, Antoinette Ryan, Minersville, and Steven Pizzico, West West Terrace; numerous nieces and nephews.
