A driver crashed through a tree and into a home on Hoffman Boulevard in Ashland early Friday.
At 2:50am, emergency personnel were dispatched to 301 Hoffman Boulevard for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment.
When crews arrived, they found a vehicle that had crashed through a tree and into the side of the home at 301 Hoffman Boulevard.
The driver was extricated by fire personnel and was taken to an area hospital via ambulance with a head injury.
Responding were the American Hose Company, Washington Rescue, Washington Rescue, and Ashland Fire Police.
The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the crash. Hoffman Towing assisted with towing and PPL was called due to wires being knocked down.
Hoffman Boulevard was closed for over 2 hours while the scene was cleared.
