According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the incident occurred around 7:10pm.
Police say a 2004-2005 Ford F-150 was travelling south on Hobart Street, when in the 600 Block, the right front corner of the pickup struck the left side of a parked Mazda CX9.
The driver then fled south in the pickup.
The incident was captured on a security camera with police being able to determine the Make, Model, and Year of the vehicle. The pickup should have damage to right front corner and may contain Charcoal colored paint from the Mazda.
The video also showed that the driver's face was lit up brightly by an electronic device at the time of the crash. The video quality was not sufficient to determine facial details.
