Pamela Darker, 50, of Mahanoy City, passed away Sunday, September 30th, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Pamela was born in Onieda, NY on December 9, 1967, a daughter of Beatrice and Newton Tilton, Texas.

Joseph was born in Gilberton, PA on February 26, 1937, a son of the late Helen (Leskie) and William Ziegmont.
He was a member of Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish Mahanoy City.
He was a Master Electrician for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and retired as electrical supervisor.
Social Member of the American Legion in Frackville. He played Texas Hold'em religiously on a Wednesday at Jimmy O's, Frackville. He enjoyed fishing, and golf and was a life long Yankees & Penn State fan.
He graduated from Gilberton High School in 1954.
Joe was the husband of Dorothy (Shea) Ziegmont.
Joseph is also survived by two sons James, husband of Michelle Ziegmont, of Lebanon PA; Joe, husband of Tara Ziegmont, of Etters; and by three sisters, Helen, wife of John Tulenko, of York; Mary Theresa Mucha, of Towson MD; Natalie, wife of John Gaburick, of Timonium MD, and 2 Grandchildren Grace and Allison, nieces and nephews.
Joe is preceded in death by Brothers William, Charles and Carl, and a sister Leona Joseph.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish, Mahanoy City, PA, at 10 am on Friday, October 5th, with Rev. Kevin P. Gallagher officiating.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family in Our Lady of Siluva Cemetery Frackville, PA.

Dolores Joy "Lori" Arndt, wife, mother, nana, of Sunset Lane Hamburg, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 30, 2018, at home surrounded by family and friends at the age of 71.
Survived by her husband of fifty-two years, Merrill T. Arndt; son, Jeffrey S. Arndt and his wife Sherry of Mohrsville; daughter, Jennifer S. Cross and her husband Michael of Wernersville; brothers, Dennis G. Geiger and his wife Patti of Mohrsville, Kevin J. Geiger and his wife Teri of Deer Lake; grand children, Emily C., Calvin A. Cassandra E., and Owen M.; nieces and nephews also survive Lori.
A graduate of Blue Mountain High School, Lori assisted her husband in the operation of their family business Four Star Electronics, a private security installation company. She was a member of Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hamburg. Lori, enjoyed gardening and cooking for her family.

Helen U. Sims, 92, New Boston, passed away peacefully on Thursday afternoon at Providence Place, Pottsville.
Born in Maizeville she was a daughter of the late Simeon and Mary Onusconich Unuscavage. She had been employed as the branch manager of M & T bank, Mahanoy City, until her retirement.
She was a graduate of Gilberton High School and McCann School of Business.
She was a lifetime member of St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Mahanoy City.
The last member of her immediate family, Helen was preceded in death by her husband John in 2010 and by three sisters; Anna Ambromovage, Nancy Schller and Mary Spinelli also by four brothers; Michael, Samuel, John and Peter Unuscavage.
Helen is survived by her son John A. Sims, Philadelphia and her niece and caretaker Nancy Sawka, Frackville, also by additional nieces and nephews.
Office of Christian Burial with Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday morning at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church, Mahanoy City, by Rev. James Carroll O.F.M., pastor. Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Mahanoy City. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of Liturgy.

Georgine L. Gober, age 73, of Mahanoy City, died Saturday at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. Born at the former Locust Mountain Hospital she was the daughter of the late John and Eleanor (Bushick) Byer.
She was a 1963 graduate of Mahanoy Area High School and received her lab technician training at the former Ashland State Hospital. She had been employed with Schuylkill County Child Development for 32 years. She was a member of St. Teresa of Calcutta Church in Mahanoy City and the Mahanoy Area Historical Society.
Preceding her in death in addition to her parents was her sister Rosemarie in 2008.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years Joseph, 2 sisters Mary Ellen Bane and her husband Joseph of Frackville, Anne Palmer and her husband Joseph of Barnesville, 2 brothers John "Bucky" Byer of Park Place and Ron Byer of Mahanoy City, nieces and nephews and her canine Casey.
Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral on Thursday morning at 10:30 AM from David D. Jarrett Funeral Home of Mahanoy City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Kevin P. Gallagher at 11 AM from St. Teresa of Calcutta Church.
Interment will follow at Sky View Memorial Park in Hometown. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 PM and again on Thursday morning beginning at 9:30 AM.

Walter A. Barlow, 71, of Shenandoah, passed away Friday at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, Allentown.

Bill was born in Hazleton, on November 2, 1950, a son of the late Alva (Novak) and Charles Davidson.
Upon graduating from high school, he served as a Sgt. in the US Army.
He was currently employed by Slocomb Windows and Doors in Hanover Township.
Bill is survived by his daughter Ashley Davidson, of Milton; and two sons, Tyson Davidson, of Nuremberg and Chaz (Eli) Davidson, of Ocean View, DE.
He is also survived by three sisters, Carol, wife of Lance Knelly, of Sugarloaf; Janice, wife of Albert DeFrancisco, of Treskow; and June, wife of Thomas Nenstiel, of Sheppton.
He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Kahne Jamerson and Kaleb Davidson, along with an aunt, June Bones of Hughesville.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Bill's family from 10-11 AM on Saturday, October 6th, 2018, prior to a Memorial Service which will be held at 11 AM.
