Warrant Sweep Nets Four Arrests by Rush Township Police

A warrant sweep led by the Rush Township Police earlier this week resulted in the arrest of 4.

According to Rush Township Police Chief Kenneth Zipovsky, on Wednesday, 10 October 2018, the Rush Township Police Department conducted a warrant round up to apprehend offenders who failed to respond to charges previously filed by the department.

 Officers located a total of 4 fugitives. This enforcement activity was conducted with the assistance of the Schuylkill Township and Freeland Police Departments. 

 The following people were apprehended:

- Chad Belsak, 42. Wanted by State Parole for a parole violation.

- Katherine Fergel, 33. Wanted for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.

- William David Lee, 43. Wanted by Schuylkill County Detectives for Failure to Appear on charges for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.

- Charles Zebrosky, 28. Wanted for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.

"From this point forward the Rush Township Police Department will be proactively working on eliminating all outstanding warrants. If you have not responded to the charges filed against you by our agency, it is recommended that you turn yourself in. If you don’t, we are coming to get you." said Chief Zipovsky in a statement.
