Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) is now registering students for a noncredit program in the health care field at the college’s Morgan Center, 234 High Street, Tamaqua.
A limited number of scholarships is available to Schuylkill County residents.
The Home Health Aide Training program will teach safe work practices and protocol to individuals who assist people who are sick, injured, disabled or elderly with daily activities. Students must be at least 18 years of age, and are required to have a Pennsylvania background check, health physical and a two-step tuberculosis check.
