Joseph L. Rondeau, 72, of Frackville, PA, passed away on Saturday, November 10th, at Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest, Allentown, PA, amid the loving arms of his family.
Joe was born in Philadelphia, PA, on September 16, 1946, son of the late Agnes “Thelma” (Roberts) and Joseph Rondeau.
He graduated from George Washington High School in Philadelphia, class of 1964.
Joe worked for Rohm & Haas for 37 years in Spring House, PA, and recently retired from NAPA in Mahanoy City in August.
Joe is survived by his former wife and friend Lynn Nickels, four daughters, Heather Green, of New Jersey; Rachal Rondeau (Ortiz), of Deer Lake; Angela, wife of Fred Brish, of Cressona; Andrea, wife of Guillermo Vega, of Orlando; three sons, Joseph, of Philadelphia; Ralph, companion of Donna Siliekus, of Reading; Kyle, Fiancé of Alycia Yost, of Barnesville, a sister, Geraldine Rondeau, wife of Joseph Spencer, of Glenside, and by 9 grandchildren, Emily, Kaden, Grace, Marina, Sofia, Diego, Isabella, Keeghan and Kaylee.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Aria Isabela Vega.
A Religious Service will be held at the Louis D. Truskowsky Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mahanoy City, PA, at 11am on Saturday, November 17th, with Father Robert Reilly officiating.
Friends and family may call Saturday morning from 9 to 11am.
Joe was an avid deep sea fisherman, faithful Philadelphia Flyers Hockey and Philadelphia Eagles, fan and a friend to animals.
