The family of Jeremy Costy, of Saint Clair, last spoke to him Sunday and they believe he left home Tuesday and did not return.
Costy has a heart condition and has not been taking his medications.
He is believe to be wearing jeans, boots, a Schlouch hoodie, and is driving a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero.
