A Lehigh County man was arrested last week after being accused of sexually assaulting a girl from Schuylkill County.
According to the Pennsylvanis State Police at Schuylkill Haven, Brian Fisher, 53, of Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, is accused a sexually assault an 11 year old girl from Schuylkill County at a home in South Manheim Township between January 1st, 2017 and July 16, 2018.
Fisher arrested and arraigned Thursday, November 29th, 2018 before Magisterial District Judge James R. Ferrier on charges of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a child, Aggravated Indecent Assault of some less than 13 years old, Corruption of Minors, and Indecent Exposure.
Fisher was locked up in Schuylkill Prison but posted his $50,000 straight cash bail.
A preliminary hearing is set to December 11, 2018 before Magisterial District Judge James R. Ferrier.
