According to Mahanoy City Police, Etienne Barksdale, 34, of Mahanoy City was arrested Monday evening stemming from an incident in the 100 block of East Pine Street.
Barksdale was charged with 2 counts felony aggravated assault, felony persons not to possess firearms, 2 counts misdemeanor terroristic threats, 2 counts misdemeanor simple assault, and misdemeanor possessing instruments of a crime.
Barksdale was committed to Schuylkill County Prison on $100,000 straight cash bail.
