According to PPL, 344 homes lost power in the Fountain Springs area just before 6:00pm Thursday due to a tree that fell on some wires in the Creswell Gardens area.
Fountain Springs Fire was also called to the scene to clear the tree.
Power is expected to be restored by 10:00pm.
