According to Police Chief Gerard Daley, the incident occurred on Monday, December 31st, 2018 in the area of North 4th Street and Centre Streets.
Daley said an unknown person damaged four tire stems on a Dodge pickup truck and damaged two tires on a Chrysler Minivan.
Since then, numerous other incidents of vandalism have occurred in the area.
Victims of the vandalism are now offering a $1,000 reward for information directly leading to an arrest.
