Saint Clair Police have provided information from recent incidents.
Man Cited Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass
According to Saint Clair Police on November 7, 2018,, Jerry Beach, 21, of Pottsville, threatened and harrassed Wal-Mart employees as they attempted to serve a legal notice in the form of a trespass order from the Saint Clair Wal-Mart property, as a result of prior criminal activity.
Beach will be cited for the incident.
Police say Beach returned to the store again on January 6, 2019.
Beach will be cited for criminal trespass for this incident.

Wanted Fredericksburg Man Facing Drug Charges
According to Saint Clair Police, on January 24, 2019, police executed an arrest warrant on Jeremy Reinbold, 40, of Fredericksburg, PA, who was parked in a vehicle in the Saint Clair Wal-Mart parking lot.
The arrest warrant was issued by the Schuylkill County District Attorney's office.
Inside the vehicle, police found methamphetamine along with drug paraphernalia.
Reinbold was taken into custody and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison with drug charges to be filed later.

Methamphetamine Found During Traffic Stop
According to Saint Clair Police, on January 16, 2019, police made a traffic stop along Route 61 on Audie Lee Mauldin, 20, of Pottsville,
During the traffic stop, police recovered a crystal powder which field tested positive for methamphetamine.
Mauldin has been charged with possession of a controlled substance.
