Emma A. Tuite, 78, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Saturday, February 16th, at Lehigh Valley Medical Center, Allentown.
Emma was born in Adamsdale, PA on November 16, 1940, a daughter of the late Maleca (Fisher) Reed-Gerber and William Reed.
She was the wife of the late Thomas Tuite, who passed away in February 1969.
Emma was a member of First United Church of Christ, Schuylkill Haven.
She was employed as a Sewing Machine Operator at Union Knitting Milll, Meck's Knitting Mill, and Fessler's Knitting Mill.
Emma was preceded in death by sisters: Catherine Reichert and Bessie Moyer, Brothers-In-Law: Ralph Reichert and Delbert Moyer; Nephew: William Moyer; Niece: Darlene Reichert.
Emma is survived by two daughters, Maleca Tuite of Schuylkill Haven, and Marcia Harp, wife of Brian, of Schuylkill Haven; Grandson, Joshua Tuite; beloved dog, Reggie; beloved cat, Princess; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 23, at 11 AM at First United Church of Christ, Schuylkill Haven, with Rev. Ms. Shawn Van Dyke officiating. A visitation will be held from 10 AM until the time of the service.
Interment will be held at a later date.

Clara K. Hooper, 88, of Conrad Richter Dr., Pine Grove, passed away on Monday, February 18, 2019 at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon.
Born on December 27, 1930 in Beccaria Twp., Clearfield Co, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Rose Alleman Heverly.
Clara worked at Pennfield Farms in Fredericksburg.
Preceding her in death were her husband Robert C. Hooper; two sons, William Hooper and Robert Hooper.
Surviving are two daughters, Shirley and husband Thomas Graham of Lebanon, Jacqueline and husband Ken Freysinger of Hummelstown, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove with Pastor Barry Spatz officiating. Interment will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.

Larry L. Zimmerman, Sr., 76, of Oak Grove Rd., Pine Grove, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at home.

Born on January 26, 1943 in Pine Grove, he was a son of the late Harry A. and Ruth I. Strausser Zimmerman.
He was a 1960 graduate of Pine Grove High School and was a member of Echo Valley Grace Brethren Church, Tremont.
Larry was a Machine Mechanic at Guilford Mills in Pine Grove.
He enjoyed woodworking, car racing and working on cars.
Preceding him in death were two brothers Allen H. and Dean R. Zimmerman
Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Fern A. Nagle Zimmerman; two daughters, Leanna L. and husband Ronald Reeves, Karen M. and husband Joseph Fegley; a son, Larry L. Jr. and wife Wendy Zimmerman, all of Pine Grove; 7 grandchildren, Samantha Fisher, Selina Daubert, Larry Zimmerman, III, Michael Fegley, Justin Fegley, Karissa Levan, Jennifer Reeves; 9 great grandchildren; two sisters, June Kohler of Salisbury, MD, Donna Hartman of Milton; a brother Dennis Zimmerman of Pine Grove; his two best buddies Snowball and Marley.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 10:30 A.M. at Echo Valley Grace Brethren Church, 46 Tremont Rd., Tremont with Elder Tom Williams officiating. There will be a viewing on Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. at the Church. Interment will follow in the Suedberg Church of God, Pine Grove.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to the Hospice of Central Pa., 1320 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110 in his memory.

William D. "Butch" Hostetter, 76, of Tower City, passed away Monday, February 18th at his home surrounded by his family after a very brief illness.
Born in Farner, TN, August 17, 1942, a son of the late William and Sophia Hostetter.
Butch was a United States Army Veteran.
He retired from Local Union 147, working in Tunnel Construction for over 40 years in New York City, fondly known as "Sandhogs".
He was of the Catholic Faith.
Butch enjoyed spending time with his family and riding one of his many Harley motorcycles he had over the years.
Surviving are his wife of 40 years, Nary Workman Hostetter; four children, Montey Hostetter and his wife Lucie, Gardiner, NY; Martin Hostetter and his wife Theresa of Ft. Gay, WV; Tammy Shockley, Waynesboro and Tonya Shockley and her husband Jeff, Tower City; Six grandchildren, Bailie and Cameron Shockley; Randal and Heather Tomblin; Jared and Ashley Hostetter. Nine great grandchildren; two sisters, Joann and Kathy.
