According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred just before 10:00pm on Hazle Street, just went of the Interstate 81 overpass.
Police the crash occurred when Richard Sillers, 42, of Mahanoy City was travelling eastbound in a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country, went off the roadway and struck a guiderail. Sillers and a 10 year old passenger were not injured in the crash, but passengers Rita Nelson, 34, of Mahanoy City and another 10 year old passenger were injured.
Ryan Township EMS treated both at the scene.
Hopes Towing assisted with towing the vehicle from the scene.
