* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Total snow and sleet
accumulations of 3 to 5 inches, with localized amounts up to 6
inches possible. Ice accumulations between one and two tenths of
an inch possible.
* WHERE...South-central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Snow onset Wednesday morning, with snow continuing heavy
at times through midday. A transition to sleet and freezing
rain is expected later Wednesday afternoon. Mixed precipitation
could end as a period of freezing drizzle Wednesday night.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions,
including during the evening commute on Wednesday. Significant
reductions in visibility are possible.
