According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, the crash occurred Sunday morning around 9:15am, when Karl Brobst, 37, of New Ringgold was travelling on Ridge Road and lost control of his Jeep Liberty on a slush covered roadway. The Jeep went off the roadway, struck and embankment, and rolled at least once coming to a rest on it's wheels.
Three children, ages 14, 11, and 11 were also in the vehicle. The two 11 year olds suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene.
