The crash occurred just before Noon near Mile Marker 133 in the Southbound lanes near Delano.
Traffic in the southbound lanes is reported to be backed up into Luzerne County.
Update: The Interstate was closed for a period of time but as of 1:15pm, one lane was open.
No word if there are any injuries.
