Survived by her husband of thirty years, Clair L. Schleicher of Orwigsburg; son, William C. Kline III of Pottsville; daughters, Jill H. (Kline) Toth wife of Michael of Springtown, Ruthann D. Somers of Hazleton, sister, Darlene Miller wife of Delbert of New Ringgold; 4 grand children; 2 great grand children.
Born Saturday, January 30, 1932 in New Ringgold, Pennsylvania the daughter of Edgar D., and Stella (Moyer) Hettinger. She was also predeceased by; first husband, Edward J. Somer in 1953; second husband, William C. Kline, Jr. in 1983; sister, Fern McCormick.
A graduate of Tamaqua High School, Alice retired from SylaRay Underwear Company, Inc. in Orwigsburg as a folder in 1994 after forty years of service. Alice, enjoyed camping, working in her garden and reading.

Thomas S. Starry, 90, of Tamaqua, PA died on Sunday, April 7, 2019 in Bethlehem, PA. He was the husband of Ann Marie (nee Schoener) Starry to whom he would have been married 62 years in May.
Born in Coaldale, PA on June 3, 1928, Thomas was a son of the late Matthew and Susan (nee Harvilla) Starry. A 1946 graduate of the former Coaldale High School, he served in the Navy during WWII. Tom retired from Air Products where he was employed as a forklift driver. He also had been employed at the #10 mine, Bethlehem Steel, and Diversified Metals over the course of his employment career. For 35 years, you could find Thomas at the Hometown Auction selling and trading baseball cards from his business “Tom’s Sport Collectibles”. An accomplished long-distance runner, he represented Coaldale High School at the Penn Relays. Tom served on the Tamaqua Advisory Committee for many years. He was a Notre Dame fan and a NASCAR fan following the career of Jimmy Johnson who was his favorite driver. An avid gardener, Tom took great pride in both his flowers and his tomatoes. He is survived by son Thomas Starry of Tamaqua; daughter, Kelly Smith and her husband Jason of Vernon Hills, IL; grandson, Joel Thomas Smith; brother, Edward Starry of Fairless Hills, PA; sister, Eleanor Inglima of California; sister-in-law, Theresa Starry of Lansford, PA; and many nephews and nieces.
Tom was predeceased by his siblings, Mary Collins, Margaret Rapant, Matthew Starry, Robert Starry, Rosemary Starry and step brothers, John Tomasovich and Joseph Tomasovich.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Friday, April 12 in St. John XXIII Catholic Church, 307 Pine Street, Tamaqua. Interment in Sky View Memorial Park, Hometown will follow the mass. Call 9 AM – 10:30 AM on Friday at the Zizlemann-Gulla Funeral Home, 500 East Broad Street, Tamaqua. Memorials in Thomas’s name may be made to The Parish of St. John XXIII, 307 Pine Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252.

Donna M. Novak, 71, of Minersville, passed away Thursday, April 4th, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Schuylkill, E. Norwegian St., Pottsville.
Born in Pottsville, on April 11, 1947, a daughter of the late Emil & Dorothy Jean (Appleby) Novak.
She was a graduate of Nativity B.V.M. and the Pottsville School of Nursing and retired from the Uniform Corner as a sales clerk.
Donna is survived by her children Jeff Walcott, Schuylkill Haven, Brianne Lazarchick, Port Carbon and Pamela Rizzardi, Minersville and seven grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her brother Paul Novak.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven on Saturday, April 13th at 2:30 p.m. with Rebecca D. Devlin, certified celebrant, officiating.
A visitation for family and friends will be held prior from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Interment will be privately held at the family's convenience.

Kathleen F. Feryo, 79, formerly of St. Clair, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Berkshire Center in Exeter Township.
Kay was the wife of the late, Robert G. Feryo with whom she shared 35 years of marriage before he passed away in 1995.

Born in Pottsville, she was the daughter of the late: William and Kathryn Doyle Meehan.
A 1957 graduate of Nativity B.V.M. High School, Kay was employed as a telephone operator in her early career before raising her family. She was an active volunteer at St. Mary’s school and then worked for the Department of Welfare until her retirement.
Kay is survived by her children: Karen Longenecker and her husband Kevin, Robert G. Jr. and his wife Cindy, Christopher and his wife Kate and Alison Cahill and her husband Robert; grandchildren: Lauren, Kathryn and Elise Longenecker, Erin and Matthew Feryo, Georgia and William Feryo and Megan, Gavin and Sean Cahill. She is also survived by her brother, William Meehan and his wife
Leona.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 3:00 pm on Sunday, April 14, 2019 at St. Clare of Assisi Church, 250 E. Hancock St., St. Clair, PA 17970 where there will be a viewing starting at 1:00 pm. Interment will be at 10:30 am on Monday, April 15, 2019 at Queen of the Universe Cemetery.

Thomas P. Lazur Jr. , 61, of Orwigsburg, passed away on Monday, April 8th at his home. He was born on July 8th, 1957 to the late Thomas Sr.. and Jennie "Palubinsky" Lazur.
Tom was a 1975 graduate of the former Cardinal Brennan High School and then graduated from Villanova University in 1979. He worked as a Premium Audit Manager for CNA Insurance. Tom enjoyed hiking, yardwork, and loved sports. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Boston Red Sox. Above all else, he was a devoted father and loved spending time with his children.
Surviving are 1 son, Thomas J. Lazur - Orwigsburg, 1 daughter, Alison Ann Lazur - Delaware, besides his children, Tom is also survived by his friend and former spouse, Linda Lazur, 1 sister, Dianna Swain with her husband Dr. Stephen Swain - Schuylkill Haven, also nephew and niece Jack and Maria Swain. He is also survived by his his companion, Tracy Reese.
Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated by Msgr. Ronald Bocian on Friday, April 12th at 9:30am in Divine Mercy Parish - Sacred Worship Site- St. Casimir's, 229 N. Jardin St, Shenandoah. Visitation for family and friends will take place on Thursday evening, April 11th from 5 to 7pm at the Oravitz Home for Funerals Inc, 40 N. Jardin St, Shenandoah and again on Friday morning from 8 to 9am at the funeral home. Burial will follow Mass in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Shenandoah Heights.

Ralph G. Todd, 79, Girardville, passed away peacefully Friday February 1st at his residence.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday April13th from the Thomas M. Sullivan Funeral Home, Girardville with Rev. Jack Murray officiating. A visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Interment with military honors will follow at Christ Church Cemetery, Fountain Springs.

Dennis Koch, husband, father, pap, 69 years of age of Oak Lane Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at home.
Survived by is wife of forty-six years, Ellen R. (Stidham) Koch; sons, Richard D. Koch and his finance Amanda Benko of Harrisburg, Dennis R. Koch and his wife Gina of Quakake; daughter, Heather R. Koch of Nesquehoning; sister, Linda Yoder wife of Danny; grand children, Chance, Madison, Zoey, Zayden, Isabella, Celena, Daniel; great grand child, Shelby. Many nieces and nephews also survive Dennis.
Dennis worked for Bethlehem Mines for many years, before driving truck for Fox Transportation, and Brian Miller Trucking. Dennis, enjoyed drag and motor cycle racing.
