According to Minersville Police, they were contacted on April 16, 2019 by a woman who said she was sexually assaulted by Steven Harmer, 22, of Minersville at a party the night before.
Police questioned the victim, witnesses, and Harmer, which led to obtaining a arrest warrant for Harmer on Thursday through Magisterial District Judge Plachko's office.
Harmer has been charged with Rape, Sexual Assault, and Indecent Assault.
