The Flash Flood Watch is now in effect for
* A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Cameron, Columbia, Elk, McKean, Montour, Northern
Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Northumberland, Potter, Schuylkill,
Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga, and Union.
* Until 4 AM EDT early this morning
* Recent rainfall has made the ground very wet. Additional showers
and thunderstorms overnight could result in isolated flash
flooding.
