Mahanoy Township Police and Animal Cruelty investigators are at the scene of serious animal neglect in the township.According to Mahanoy Township Police Chief Brandon Alexander, investigators are at a home on Roosevelt Drive in New Boston, near Mahanoy City, where serious case of animal neglect involving multiple animals.
SPCA officials are currently at the scene with police.
