A Shenandoah man is locked up in Schuylkill County Prison on public drunkenness charges and for violating parole.According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Thursday, August 8th, 2019 around 9:50 am, troopers observed Stephen Mackeravage, 48, of Shenandoah, causing a disturbance at the corner of Main Street and West Lloyd Street.
Troopers found Mackeravage to be under the influence of alcohol to the degree that he was a danger to himself and others.
Mackeravage was taken into custody by State Parole, who was assisting at the scene, for violating his parole and transported to Schuylkill County Prison.
