During the Greater Shenandoah Historical Society monthly meeting, a special presentation was held for the 82 WWII Gold Star Servicemen from Shenandoah who made the supreme sacrifice by giving their lives for their country.
The local veterans who attended were L-R: Charles Post, Edward Munley, James McGuire, Charles Vascavage, Gary Hronec, Frank Crepack, Julius Stremba, William Koons, & Edward Lipiec
