Martin J. Sedlock, Sr., 78 of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania died on Sunday, September 29, 2019, at Hometown Nursing & Rehabilitation Ctr. in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.
Born Saturday, March 1, 1941 in Pottsville son of the late Martin and Anna (Shimkonis) Sedlock.
Surviving are; sons, Martin J. Sedlock and his wife Cindy, Michael Sedlock; daughter, Lisa Klemick, brother, Robert Sedlock; sisters, Anna Mae Garber and Betty Lou Sedlock, Mary Ann Malasavage; 3 grand children.
He was predeceased by; son, Maurice Sedlock; sister Kathleen Klinger, Dorothy Watsula.

John J. Schlauch, 35 of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania died on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at St. Luke's Hospital Allentown Campus.
Born Tuesday, September 4, 1984 in Wilkes - Barre, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Paul Yarnell and Janet Schlauch - Potts. In addition he is survived by; son, Joseph J. Weaver, brothers, Christopher Yemm, William Potts III, Joseph Yarnell and Keith Yarnell, Joseph Yarnell, sisters, Stephanie Potts, Christine Yarnell, Ashley Bauder; maternal grandmother, Mary Schlauch; uncle, Raymond Schlauch.
John worked at Koch's Turkey Farm and was a member of the Tamaqua Rescue Squad.
A Celebration of John's life will take place on Thursday afternoon October 3, 2019 at 2 o'clock P.M. from the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pennsylvania 18252. (570) 668-2550

Joseph R. Bolinsky. Jr. 71 of Port Carbon passed away Saturday while at home.
Born August 14, 1948 he was the son of the late Joseph R. Sr. and Pearl Bolinsky.
Joseph was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School and then went on to serve in the United States Marines. He was stationed at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina and obtained the rank of Corporal. Joseph served in country during Vietnam where he was a Field Wireman and Message Center Man. He was awarded the National Defense Medal. After the Marines, Joseph went on to serve in the United States Army as a Private. In the Army, Joseph was an atomic demolitions engineer.
After returning from the Army, Joseph worked various jobs in the area including road construction, demolition and ultimately retiring from M&Q Packaging.
Joseph enjoyed fishing and hunting along with bird watching with his late wife Donna who passed in 2017. He also participated in numerous charity motorcycle rides raising money for various children’s hospitals.
In addition to his parents and wife he is preceded in death by a nephew John Kauffman, Jr.
Joseph is survived by children; Danielle Sallada wife of Jeffrey of Pottsville and Joseph M. Bolinsky of Pottsville He is survived by his grandchildren; Marlena, Phillip, Ruby and Spencer and great grandchildren; Gabriel, Balin, Maryonna, and Onyx. Joseph is also survived by his sister Joanne Kauffman and Mary Jane Pacine along with niece Christine Mistysyn and other nieces.
A graveside service with military honors will be held on Thursday at 2:00 P.M. on the grounds of Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven. Grabowski Funeral Home, Schuylkill Haven is entrusted with services. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105 or the Ruth Steinert SPCA, 18 Wertz Dr, Pine Grove, PA 17963.

John Paul (Rolincik) Roberts, 79, of Pottsville, entered into eternal rest at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuylkill E. Norwegian Street on September 28, 2019 surrounded by his family.
Born on August 12, 1940 in Fifficktown, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Josephine B. (Chimelewski) Rolincik and Paul G. Rolincik, Sr.
John is a veteran of the Unites States Army and served during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
He was a member of St. Stephen's Roman Catholic Church, Mahanoy City Elks Lodge 695, and Mechanicsville Game & Fish Association.
John was an optimistic, upbeat man that always had a kind smile and was friendly, good natured and easy to talk to. He was vibrant and very active throughout his life. John was known to walk his canine best friend, Buddy, stopping frequently to visit with people in the neighborhood.
He is a graduate of South Fork-Croyle High School where he was a lead actor in drama club, a state finalist in chorus, and a letterman in football, basketball, and track. In high school, he would play a full football game AND perform in the brass section of the marching band at half-time. He attended and played college football for Kent State University, Kent, Ohio.
John began his civilian work career with F.W. Woolworth Company in western Pennsylvania and eventually was relocated to Pottsville, Pennsylvania and managed the downtown store. After ten years, he changed careers and became a quality control director at various modular/mobile home companies for the next 42 years. He retired from Pleasant Valley Mobile Homes in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania in 2016.
Preceded in death by his parents, Josephine B. (Chimelewski) Rolincik and Paul G. Rolincik, Sr. of Fifficktown, Pennsylvania and his brother, Paul G. Rolincik, Jr. of Lexington, Massachusetts.
John was the husband of his high school sweetheart and love of his life, Georgette "Dolly" (Yurochko) Roberts and celebrated 56 years of marriage in July of this year. They had two children of whom he was very proud.
Survived by his wife, Georgette "Dolly" (Yurochko) Roberts who was a Registered Nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital (now Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuylkill E. Norwegian Street) for over 30 years; daughter, Sherry A. (Roberts) McAtee, a retired Unites States Air Force officer and currently a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with her husband Eric T. Harley of Alexandria, Virginia; son, Michael S. Roberts, Sr., a retired United States Army officer and currently a multi-business owner and hotel industry executive with his wife Dawn (Zembower) Roberts of Harrison City, Pennsylvania; sister, Dorothy (Rolincik) Vancheri of Levittown, Pennsylvania; grandson, Michael S. Roberts, Jr., and step-grandson, Drew Simanski.
Services will be held privately.
If you have a Catholic Church in your community, John's preference was that a mass be said on his behalf. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honor of John to Hillside SPCA, 51 SPCA Rd., Pottsville, PA 17901.
