A Frackville man was charged last week for being in possession of child pornography.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on September 6th, 2019, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children forwarded a cybertip to the Pennnsylvania State Police in regards to child pornography.
Police say, on Thursday, October 24, 2019, members of the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville with assistance from Computer Crimes served a search warrant at 14 North Broad Mountain Avenue in Frackville.
During the search, several video files were discovered on a home desktop computer depicting children from toddler age to adolescent being sexually abused.
Jeremy Wade, 38, confessed to downloading the files and saving them onto his desktop computer.
Wade was charged with possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility and arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Kilker and was locked up in Schuylkill County Prison on $200,000 cash bail.
