LVHN to Host Free Diabetes and Heart Health Program

Having diabetes means that you are more likely to develop heart disease and have a greater risk of suffering from a heart attack or stroke.

Join Ghulam Akbar, MD of the Lehigh Valley Heart Institute and Robert McCauley, MD of LVPG Endocrinology to learn about diabetes and its effects on heart health.

The program will be offered Wednesday, October 16 at 6 pm at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Schuylkill (east campus) Wall Auditorium, 700 East Norwegian Street, Pottsville.
