According to Township Police, around 2:00am, while on patrol, Mahanoy Township Police Patrolman Kaid Apel spotted someone laying under a school bus attempting to cut the fuel line.
The man, who was identified as Richard Davis, 38, of Harrisburg was taken into custody and charged with theft by Unlawful Taking - Movable property, Criminal Trespass, institutional vandalism, criminal mischief, Loitering and Prowling at night.
